Let me introduce myself. I am a life-long student of all things that heal. I have chosen to live my life in a conscious, present way, and in this world, that is not a simple task. And because I have made this choice to honor living in a way that notices the deeper connections and intuitive energies, I have had to cultivate ways to keep myself a clear channel. In my 30 years of work life, I have been a psychotherapist, transformational life coach and psychic. Luckily, my work feels like home and I organically know I need to do many practices to stay in my highest clearest energy so I can best be of service to others.

Because of my personal and professional paths, I have dabbled in morning rituals for most of my life. I am thrilled to share with you the things I've found most helpful to begin my day, take care of my body and keep it the clear, high-frequency channel it is here to be!

4. Meditation 🧘🏻‍♀️: I have shared with you the meditations that I use on a daily basis when I am wanting a guided meditation experience. Meditation is an important part of accessing your intuition and inner calm, so it’s beneficial to know you can simply click on the link I provide and you will be taken to multiple excellent free meditations. The more you meditate (or spend quiet time with no external input) the more you will connect with your inner wisdom and get familiar with your true Self. This may be the hardest thing to do (spend time with NO input) but it is the most important by far.
